This is day 2 off doing the 30 day shred!

How long do you need to do level 1 till you move up to level 2 than level 3?

    Most people tend to stick with an even split for the 30 days. 10 days at each level.

    There have also been multiple people who will go back to doing the program after they've completed it in which they mix it up (some days Level 1, some days 2 or 3), or add it as part of a modified program with other exercises on other days.

    Keep it up! It gets a little played once you hear the same directions or comments on some days ("If you're like me, you might feel a little silly doing..."), but the forums are packed with people who have had great results.

    I just finished day 2 this morning! I have also heard people doing 10 days for each level, which is my plan. Add me if you like and we can motivate eachother! =) So many other MFP members are doing the 30DS and it's nice to have support.
