Good vs Bad Carbs and how to keep track

Hi all! I've been doing the Advocare 24 Day Challenge and while I love it, all the material that comes with the program says anything over 30 grams of Carbs is BAD. Yet, 80% of the healthy foods (some fruit, salads, some veggies) have carbs in them and I'm finding it hard to stay under 30 grams. I'm not eating any of the processed carbs like bread, rice, cookies, etc.
Does anyone know what the recommend serving is for GOOD carbs? How do I know the difference between the two?
