I saw an old friend from my high school days (graduated in 92") that I have not seen in person in a very long time, but we are friends on Facebook. He knows I have been trying to lose weight by following my status updated on Facebook ect. So I saw him at the store today and he came up to me and was like "WOW, you look just like you did back in High School. Your profile picture does not do you justice. I am so proud of you and your hard work is really showing." Sure did make my day. Mind you, in high school I was in excellent shape (full 6 pack abs and all) and a size 3. Not quite there yet, but still felt nice to hear. :-)

Good job! I guess hard work does pay off!...(Time for me to hit the gym and grab the fruit instead of the sweets I really want.
