Ok, I like chicken and I usualy buy these packs of ice glazed chicken breasts. The package claims that there are 120 calories in a serving, and one whole breast is a serving size. These things are HUGE! Do I need to weigh them, or are they really a lot of food for less calories?
I cut one in half to be on the safe side....

Chicken is very low in calories. I had 4 ozs for 100 cals or so the other night and I weighed it. Likely they are 4 oz breasts.

Plus it is really high in protien and low in fat!!

  • Smart. Those giant ice-glazed chicken breasts are usually 2 servings by weight (or sometimes even 3)!

They are pretty heavy. I'm no scale, but I think they are more than 4 ounces....I LOVE my chicken, and it stays with me for a while and keeps me from snacking.

 I was afraid of that....guess I'm gonna need a food scale or something.....

What I would do is look at the package and divide by the number of breasts.

16 oz in the package and 4 breasts then you know it is 4 oz per breast.............and so on.
