Any ideas for a good, healthy breakfast when you don't like eggs, oatmeal, milk, cereal, yogurt or most typical breakfast items?

Before I started cutting carbs, I had a peanut butter and banana sandwich every morning since I do not like typical breakfast foods in the morning. Now, I eat things like peanuts/cashews, sliced turkey and cheese rollups, a protein shake or some other low carb item that would normally be eaten at any other time throughout the day.

There's really no reason to eat just 'breakfast items' for breakfast. I think it's a matter of preference. I've eaten broccoli, grilled chicken and brown rice for breakfast when I don't feel like eating oatmeal/eggs.

Me too! I will eat leftovers from dinner, make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich...no foods are off limits for me at breakfast. Likewise, I will also eat breakfast for dinner!
