Hey everyone! I am sorry for the graphic nature of this post. I started changing my eating habits 2 weeks ago and am suffering from stomach aches and bloating that is so not comfortable. Is this normal to experience?

I you have switched to a lot more, umm, gas producing foods (beans, certain veggies, dairy etc) you may experience a few weeks while your body adjusts. Not sure what you are eating. Hopefully you feel better soon!

Sorry :embarassed: haha. Yeah I think tis just adjusting. I really don't eat alot of "gassy" foods, tho I have cut out all junk food and begun eating fruits and veggies much more. But i suppose the body needs to adjust to the change. Mostly its just been really crampy. Not so much gas. lol Thank you for your responses. I know its not the most pleasant topic...but it all comes with the territory I guess.
