Hi everyone,
I'm new to this and am starting with a lot of fat to lose. I'm a 30 year old wife and mom who has been overweight for too long and am going to do whatever I can to change it. Getting off my butt and working this off will be hard but it's worth it. I'm hoping to lose 100lbs by June of 2013 and to do a 5k before the end of this year.
Has anyone else had success losing this much?

My name is Jean Kensley and like you have a lot of weight still to lose. Need to lose another 2.5 stone by end of year. Have been keeping my MFP diary since last June
Upto Dec.31st lost 2 stone but between then and March 1st did not lose so bought a Fitbit and since March have lost another 8lb.

Hello everyone. My name is Monica. I'm a 26 year old mom of 3 children. 2 boys and a girl, ages 4, 2 and 8 months. I have been trying to workout for a long time and I have no motivation. A couple of days ago, I was watching the commercial of insanity. I have seen it before, but really watched it this time. I then decided that i was going to order it. I told my husband that I wanted to lose this weight. I have had 3 kids and I'm a stay at home mom and I don't really do much. I wanted to do this for me. I want to lose at least 30-35 lbs. I know that I can do it, I just have to really work at it. I should have my insanity dvds in a couple of days and then I'm going to start them. The only thing that I have a little bit of trouble doing is eating healthy. i like all this junk food. anyone have any suggestions on eating better? I love chicken though. I can eat chicken everyday. I have changed my eating habits a little bit, but i still need to work on it more. Thanks. I look forward to chatting with you guys.0
