Resistance Tube???

I am going to start Jillian Michaels Body Revolution with my DH next month after Ripped in 30. It says something about a resistance cable??
I am going to shop around for the rigt Resistance Tube, but that is what I need right?? I am assuming that I just need a beginning size one??? Are they all the same??

    Sorry not familiar with the DVD but with resistance bands there are a variety of resistances (different colours denote different power equivalents)

    If you shop around you should be able to find a package deal with several bands, door attachment etc for a pretty reasonable price (cheaper than buying them 1 at a time)
