Aunt flo is here today and Im splurging like crazy omg Im over in my calories by 438 over in fat, sodium omg, :sad: :sad: :sad: :sad: watz wrong with me I started out good next thing you know Im way in over board. Ever been like that ladies?.I cant stop it. :sad: :sad: , Im to much in pain and cramping to work it off :sad: :sad: ,,,ugh I hate T.O.M....Im so bloated I feel like a beach whale:sad: :sad: :sad: :sad:. I ate four donuts, havent a donuts in months and I actually put sugar in my green tea :sad: :sad: :sad: .. Im such a wrecked right now

    Well, before you know it, you'll be OLD like me, and not have it anymore! :happy: (Well, not too often anyway. It still shows up a few times a year.)
    I know it always soothes me to have a cup of fat free hot chocolate, maybe you could try something like that? Hope you feel better soon!:smile:

    Calm down :flowerforyou: at least you are recognizing what you are doing and you ARE upset with it! Right there that shows that you have changed. So just put the food down before you feel worse...it's not so bad, you've been doing well for awhile now!

    We've all been there. I feel drained and have no motivation at that time. Relax. Just get back on track and don't let it get you down :smile:

    hahahah I really thought your Aunt was visiting & she was making you eat:laugh: Yeah Duh:tongue:

    All those hormones is what makes you a vibrant women....pretty soon they'll stop & then you'll go wow I want those hormones back:sad: :sad: :sad:

    OH MY GOSH!
    I am in the same boat as you!
    Today, well, it's 3:50 am, so I guess technically yesterday, I did SO bad.

    It was my mom's birthday so we went out to eat for lunch, and I got a polo grill sandwich-- Not too bad, grilled chicken, tomato, provolone cheese, lettuce and bacon on a kaiser roll (not too good either, I know!) and steamed veggies.
    And then I had birthday cake-- 2 PIECES! I was so dissapointed in myself.

    And then to top it off I went grocery shopping hungry and bought a bag of ginger snaps and proceeded to eat 700 cals worth!

    I topped out at about 2100 calories, ugh.
    But tomorrow I'm going for a bike ride, come cramps or high water. (Cramps, hell, same thing right?)
    And I may even do the 30-day shred as extra penance!

    We'll get past this! :bigsmile:

    OmG same thing here ditto to the bike ride and I also have the 30day shred
