    2 part question.

    1) I'm currently 137lbs at about 11%BF.
    I'm working on SL5x5 and my lifts keep going up and up.
    I want to get the body fat down further for the summer time but I have some ppl saying to keep cutting till I stall on lifts while others say slow bulk.
    What would you do?

    2) I'm currently doing SL5x5 but want to cycle programs on a weekly basis.
    Program 1 is SL5x5 and program 2 is a hypertrophy based program that still uses squats, deads, presses and pulls but also has a larger isolation side tacked onto the main lifts.
    for instance day 1: "Chest Shoulders and Tris" Bench press, flys, Incl DB Press, Military Press, lat raises etc....
    Would I benefit from cycling the programs or should I just stick to SL5x5?

    Id probably b focused on all the porn I could download without ever worrying about having to pay for
