Anyone doing/done Turbo Jam? I have been doing Leslie Sansone's walk at home dvds but thought about adding Turbo Jam into it also. I have done the dvds before BUT I was looking up how many calories can be burned while doing that 45 min dvd and it said about 500. Ummm.... is that accurate? That seems a little high cause it's not really a high impact workout.

No, I don't think it's accurate, at least I know I don't burn that much doing it. It depends on the weight of the person as well.0

That could be accurate. I did a Turbo Fire workout yesterday and for 30 minutes I burned 510 calories. If it helps Im 5'3" and 137ish.
Granted Turbo Jam isn't as super intense as Turbo Fire but its close.0 -

I'm 5'2 and weigh 151. I have seen those commercials for Turbo Fire and that workout looks really intense! Turbo Jam makes me sweat but I modify some of the moves a bit so that I can keep up. I was thinking about adding it in everyother day with my Leslie Sansone's walk at home dvds.0 -
I think it is accurate, but it depends on who they are claiming it burns that much for. Obviously, a heavier person will burn more than a slimmer person. I've used Turbo Jam for a long time and it works great. I enjoy it and is a great energy booster. I ordered the Turbo Fire and will be starting that after I complete ChaLean Extreme in a month. I think you would enjoy it and believe you'll see results you're looking for.0

Well I like that you can modify some of the moves so that if it's too intense, you can down play it a bit without stopping. I just really want to lose this belly and firm up my legs. I have actually seen some results with Leslie Sansone's dvds. I have noticed that my thighs are getting smaller. I just want to kick it up a notch but also keep her workouts too!0

Alright.... I just did the workout and can see why it burns 500 calories in 45 mins! Lots and lots of punches and kicks with cardio! Maybe this will help with my belly fat lol! It's been a great while since I had done this workout and I forgot all about those kicks and punches lol.0
