My 30-Day Shred is here!!

So, I had been debating about getting Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred. So many people on MFP have been talking about it and how well it works. I had to order it online and it came today. I am excited and scared at the same time. I have heard that it is an intense workout and that people are sore, but I am excited to try something that will get my body toned and help me lose weight. Can't wait to try it!!

PS - I never thought I would be this excited about a workout!!:wink:

    It's my favorite video. Started it many times, never finished it... Bad me! But take the first 3-4 days easy or you won't be able to walk if you push yourself (depending on your fitness level. Mine is not good!) Do you have 3-5 lb weights? You will need them too, although I have done it with a few large cans of baked beans or spaghetti sauce! ;-) I am back on it right now. Day 4 is done! Yay! My knees are cracking like rice crispies though, so I am not sure if I will be able to finish. No pain yet though! Good luck!

    Yep, I have my 3 lb. weights already and I am set to go. I love Jillian, so I hope that I enjoy this workout even though I will be getting my butt kicked. I have read that it is best to take it easy so I think I will start with every other day and then supplement in between with my Wii Biggest Loser Challenge. Good luck to you on finishing!!
