What exactly are egg beaters or other egg substitutes?

    Egg Beaters are egg whites with added color, thickening agents and vitamins. Eat the whole egg- it is healthier. The yolk is where all of the nutrition is anyway.

    Egg beaters aren't all eggs.

    I use 100% liquid egg whites. Pay a tad more, but all eggs.
