CXWORX anyone?

Has anyone tried Les Mills CXWORX yet? I am currently training to take the certification in two weeks and man, are my abs burning!

    Is this good?
    Classes have just started in my gym. I'm nervous about going as
    I have NO musles in my tummy (I do want some),
    Also, the classes are in Spanish (I don't speak much) how easy
    would the be to follow just watching?

    I'm was one of the few guys in the class where I took it ... I really liked it, wish I could still go ... And as long as you have a good shot of the instructor, you can follow along in any language!

    If you have a good view of the instructor that should help a lot. And if you can let them know you don't speak Spanish they should try to accommodate you. I personally am loving CXWORX and can't wait to get through certification and start teaching it.
