Amazing Lemon Sponge Cake Protein Muffins

So, I made these muffins yesterday and they were delicious.
I created the recipe from scratch and surprised my self.
They have a sponge cake texture and taste like an awesome lemon bundt cake or something.

So here's the recipe:
(makes 12 muffins)

1 c flour (i used white all purpose but I'm sure you could use something else)
3/4 c non fat vanilla greek yogurt
juice and zest from 4 lemons
2 eggs
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I use body fortress from wal mart)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 powdered sugar
juic from half a lemon

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix dry ingredients except powdered sugar. Add in eggs lemon zest greek yogurt and and juice from four lemons and mix well.
Grease up muffin tins or ad lines and fill about 2/3 in each cup. Bake for 16 minutes. Let cool

When cool mix powdered sugar with remaining lemon huice and spoon over muffins or dip muffins in to mixture.

Nutrition info for mine are 94 calories 14g carbs 8g protein
Without glaze they are 85 calories
