I used my Garmin Forerunner 405 yesterday so that I could see how many calories I burned while doing Insanity. I followed the instructions, but it sat at 0 the whole hour! Any suggestions to get this fixed?

That isn't what the device is designed for. It won't calculate calories based on HR alone. Pretty much needs some movement.0

The 405 will only count calories while running, walking and biking(?).
The 405 CX will count calories for other activities (gym, zumba, Insanity, etc.).0 -
I bought the 405 when I was running marathons, but right now I'm not. Obviously I'm moving when I'm doing insanity... just not running. Guess this won't work to calculate calories burned. oh well.0
