Not loosing lbs. but pants fit better

Hi all I'm just seeing if anyone else has had this experience .....Ive been on MFP for two weeks now and lost 2 lbs the first week which seems reasonable I weighed in on week two and was back to my original weight ..Now I have worked out every day 30-60 minutes on the treadmill at a pretty good pace and had a calorie deficit every day ... so i felt discouraged . Today on a whim I tried on some pants I couldn't get buttoned a month ago... I'm wearing them right now as I type this. Is it possible that my body changed a little with the working out even if the numbers on the scale haven't changed? I would welcome any input...Thanks!
