Feeling the fustration

I have never ate bad but was eating too few calories. I wanted to get my weight down the my overall health better. I started a 1500 cal diet and workout 5 days a week at least once a day, if I get the chance I will do 2 a days. I run or walk at a fast pace. I recently discovered th total body circutramp at the gym and LOVE it. I plank, do sit ups, leg lifts use weightball, push ups and can do more than many women at the gym. But my lower tummy is not tightning. I sometimes work out with friends or see people at the gym who do nothing and tighten right up. Im starting to get fustrated from no results. IM not the best eater but never eat over 1600 cal a day. Does anyone know what im not doin right? Or what I could do to see better results?
