edited December 2024 in Introduce Yourself
Hola, I have been on MFP for a while now, but never bothered to introduce myself. I don't know why, but now I figure it would be smart to get to know some people on here. Get some advice and some support.

I got started on weightloss because I saw a smaller skinny friend go from approx 160 to about 195 in a year through hard work and determination. I started working out and dieting back in august and so far I've lost about 43 lbs and i'm still focused on my weight loss goal. I originally planned to try and be about 175 or so, but now that i've gotten down to about 209, i'm starting to think I might only want to drop to about 195. I will let my body fat% and and build dictate how low I will be letting my weight go. I want to try and be under the 15% mark and maybe once get into the single digits, but I have no aspiration to be that low for a long period of time.

The picture for my profile is Kratos from God of War. He is a second inspiration for me, a sort of goal to reach. I plan on being him for Halloween once. I was, and still am aiming for this year, may not be obtainable, but still going to try for it.

So that is a bit of my introduction on my weightloss and what not. I welcome all who wish to chat. Even the trolls and the haters, those are the people that are best to have around for wasting time while at work.

Welcome and congratulations on your journey. I joined MFP a little over 2 months ago and have been working on weight loss for about 5 months. It was important for me to start the journey on my own and hold myself accountable. I'm now ready to open myself up and get support from others who are trying to do the same thing.

Feel free to add me (or anyone who is reading this).

Just remember, you can do this.

Welcome to MFP! I have had an account for about 1.5 years but I have only been using the site since January 2012. Glad you could join us ;-)

Hello to you both. I have been on and off the app/site since october, but decided to get focused back on my dieting around end of February, and it's helped me lose about 10lbs more, about 7-8 of that was fat. Hope to be able to help everyone out like the site has helped me.

Or a Goddess; but they haven't create a game like that yet.

Maybe the computer geek in me will try to create the spinoff... Goddess of War

    What do you think?

The closest one I could think of is Heavenly Sword. Maybe Bayonetta, but that is a long stretch.

You should definitely let that computer geek out and create that game, or at least that leading lady. Use yourself as inspiration for her image. kukuku.
