Booze or Food? What woudl you pick?

So - you have only 200 calories left for the day. No time to exercise due to Happy Hour scheduling (gotta live sometime, yes?).
What would you do? Have a salad or bowl of soup? Or have a tasty, delicious alcoholic beverage? I am REALLY TORN.
Help!

    Do such things actually exist? I can't stomach the taste of alcohol. I'd much rather have a bowl of oatmeal or something.

    Honestly-I don't drink :P so I'd pick soup or salad any day.

    Okay I'm going to be honest. I'm sure the "right" answer is soup/salad. But I would go for a drink simply because sometimes a girl needs a break!

    But actually, with 200 cals, maybe get a vodka-soda (as in club soda) with extra lime- that would be less than 100 cals, so you'd still be able to get a light veggie-only salad with a balsamic dressing. Maaaaybe you might go slightly over 200 cals but usually going over by one or two-hundred cals once or twice a week won't ruin your progress, especially if your cal limit is based on a 1 per week or 1.5 per week loss goal.

    Some people might not like this answer but I'm just being honest. And a slight splurge (slight splurge, not full-on binge) every once in a while hasn't hurt me. Since Jan, I've only had a gain once and I've lost a little over 20 lbs.

    Food...you don't want alcohol on an empty stomach...as a former bartender, empty belly=puking until your sides hurt. :(

    If I had 200 calories left I'd have a 100 calorie or less alcoholic drink with a 100 calorie snack =)
