Working out & being single.

I'm newly single for the first time in... well... a long time and I find my "coping mechanism" is working out! I've taken 3 spinning classes this week, aiming for a 4th on Sunday and fitting in 5 endurance training days! I find I'm more proactive and motivated now that I AM single! Anyone else feel this way??? I'm gonna get myself smokin' hot for myself... oh, and for the next man ;)
