My Favorite Post-Work Out MilkShake

Now, I'm a huge chocolate lover. A lot of us here are right? Well what if you could have your chocolate, in a super healthy way?

This is the best way to get in your daily chocolate fix :D I usually make it as a post-workout shake, and it takes all of 25 seconds to make.

Ingredients:
1 C Almond Milk (Original)
1 Ripe Banana
1 tbsp Hershey's Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder

Simply mix in a blender and enjoy. I love Almond Milk because it makes the thickest shake. Feel free to adjust the amount of cocoa powder as you like depending on how much chocolate flavor you want in your shake.

Want to add even more protein? Add in a tsp of natural peanut butter.
