Hi everyone!! Im new to all this sorta I tried this at the beginning of the year and failed misrebly but recently I found a spinning class that I LOVE so I am trying this again, I really feel like this is too easy though like I have too many calories. the program set me with 1200 calories and I am one of those who is so busy alot of times I forget to eat and thats how my metabolism has gotten the way it is and i have gained weight. so I am now having trouble stopping and eating during the day but not just eating eating healthy. I usually if I do eat I grab a cookie here or a burger there... and my husband and I are trying to get pregnant so losing weight would be great! so if you help me I will help you.... Thanks!!!
