Whole Wheat Homemade Pizza

I've been thinking about making my boys a whole wheat pizza this weekend. On the crust I found a recipe that used a 1 to 1 ratio to who wheat flower and all purpose flower. I was wondering if I could use whole wheat all purpose flower.

Has anyone made a pizza with a recipe that uses baking soda instead of yeast?

I could not find a recipe for homemade sauce. All the recipe's started off with canned tomato. Any help would be appreciated.
