What's up everyone? I'm new to this site (been on for less then a month) and absolutely love it! I love the fact that this is basically the same thing as plans you pay for but it's free!!!! I also love the smart phone app! There's nothing easier than scanning a bar code and knowing exactly what it is...no calculations no nothing! ;-) I can definitely say that this past month has been an eye opener for me In regards to consumption and choices.
Any tips for a new guy? Exercise suggestions for a guy with 2 kids under 3?

Well if you like to bike, you have the perfect leg workout towing 2 kids!!! First off, you need to be without a doubt, accountable to yourself to have any type of succees......This IS all about you and you alone You have to get healthier and maintain it...make up your mind to set aside "Time" per day to do that....Keep it simple and affordable and you'll do quite well.....oh yeah and be patient and stay away from the drama0

Geez i am completely jealous that you can just scan labels and have the info. I really need to get with the times and get a smart phone already. I also have 2 kids..but they are a little older. We go on bike rides, walk the dog, play wii sports, dance to music on the radio, and even went on a hike with them. It may be a couple yrs before you can do most of that stuff. I like the idea of pulling them in a bike trailor behind you or even pulling them in a wagon while you go on a walk...that way you get extra resistance. Good luck!0

Double stroller. My daughter is almost 2 and we go for walks almost everyday. It's our thing. We also dance, a lot. I always feel goofy but she loves it. Good luck!0
