I'm 4 days shy of my 1 year anniversary of joining MFP and starting down the road to better health. I have my first ever 5k in the morning - what a difference a year makes. I took a few pics recently and figured I'd share my progress.

    You are starting to look like a different person. It seems your success is paying off in self confidence as well.
    As someone who has just begun this road, its wonderful to see people sharing their success at changing themselves inside and out.
