well im only around 20lbs over weight now and everywhere on me is just covered in fat and im getting to the point where i crnt see a point bcos norm its the weight that doesnt chnge yet my weight has been dropping and yer my cloths mave been fitting better buh i still look a mess and i dnt know if this next 20lbs are going to make it go away

    Are you working out? Cardio and strength training will tone your body as you are losing weight. As with anything else, it takes time. If you do work out and your workouts are not showing you a difference then talk to a trainer and tell them your concerns and they will be able to help. Don't get discouraged.

    yupp i am working out bout 30-60 mins 3-4 times a week and i walk pretty much everywhere, i eat healthy stuff and have a treat about once week like a choc bar or some ice cream and the scales say the weight is falling off and i have learnt that i shouldnt go by scales, what i mean is if they say iv lost weight great and if not or if it says iv gained then thats ok bcos i know iv been working had and that it must be muscle gain, yet the only place im seein gtting toned up is my legs because i tend to do a lot of walking and jogging but its my stomach and my fatty chest that i wnt gone and nothing seems to be happening
