Hi,
Iv noticed when i have about 2 peices of fruit a day, or when i have yoghurt (low fat activa vanilla) that the daily nutrient details are in red.
today i had a banana, a cup of cantaloupe and yoghurt it was in minus -22.
Is that bad for me????!
i just get really confused!

Which nutrition items are in red? It just means you went over your target. If you didn't set the target, it's MFP's default. I think it's good to be above (red) on the fiber. Some people on a high protein diet would regularly be in the red for protein. It depends on your goals.0

my vitamin A & C are usually over, but thats good i think. and sometimes my carbs are but i dont mind about that because im not on a low carb diet.
but i know sugar is bad for you!! and when i haveabout 2 peices of fruit and yoghurt, its allways over!!

Nah, the sugar in it isn't bad for you. It's a simple carb, sure, but even simple carbs aren't BAD for you. They might make you hungry again sooner, but other than that... Both yogurt and fruit are extremely healthy and provided you aren't eating them in excess you will be fine.0

I doubt it's just the fruit and yogurt that would put you over on sugar or carbohydrates (unless you set them very low). I suggest you take a look at the other things in that column to see where else you're eating those things. Too much of anything is bad for you, but complex carbohydrates are part of a healthy, balanced diet.0

If you want to cut your sugar try Carbmaster yogurt, it's 3g. for 8 oz container.0

This happens to me too.
The default set on "sugars" are too low, so when I eat a banana and diet yogurt it shows that I ate more sugars than my goal. I really don't care about that, because I'm not stoping eating fruit because it shows I'm over sugar. If you're not over doing it, relax.0
