Having a hard time sticking to my exercise and diet routine

I am just starting this site and am looking for support and help with ways to keep myself motivated. I am doing good so far and really dont want to fall back into my old habits. I would just not eat and then get REALLY hungry and eat a ton of carbs. I really am into organics and all natural foods and products so what i am putting into my body is not 'bad", its just to much and at the wrong times. AH HELP!!
