How many calories would you burn doing that holding them above your head and walking with them at your sides and held out . On a treadmill at a 3.0 rise at 2.5 mph. With 5 pound weights?
I am curious cause I am obsessed calorie counter and I CAN NOT find it on the INTERNET. Maybe you guys would know?
Also, my abs hurt extremely bad after this. Did that mean it was working my abs as well as my arms. I was just giving these weights a go. So possibly it was?

Just add that weight to yours and look up the calorie burn for that amount.
Different muscles will hurt more than others because a small weight has a bigger effect on smaller muscle groups.0
