Hi all.
I have registered for an Alzheimer's charity fund raising event on 8th Sept 2012 which starts in Beadnell and finishes in Lindisfarm.
If there are any other members out there who are registered for this or thinking of doing so then please lets use this forum to support each other.
My training schedule started last week and I managed 22 miles in total averaging 5.5 miles per day. I have to build on this to an average of 10 miles per day in 12 weeks time.
