I have lost about 13kg through hard work and lots of exercise which is with a trainer and is a combination of cardio, weight and strength training. My arms though are looking worse not better! At least when my arms were fat they were taught, where as now I have the horrible droopy wings that hang below the nice muscley top. I realise it is because the skin has been stretched for so long that it has lost it's elasticity and I am still a long long way from my goal, but its so embarrassing when I want to wave to someone, reach for something etc. It's become more onvious that my fat arms ever were.
Down the track I will need surgery for skin I am sure probably in many body parts, but I am really surprised to see this massive drooopy arm look so soon. I don't wear skimpy tops but at this rate I will need long sleeved tops just to contain the droopy arm mess I now have. I was even thinking - how can I tape them up to look better LOL
That said, I feel fit and strong so thats a bonus!
