Hello everybody!
I have been using MFP on my iPhone for a while, on and off. Decided yesterday to make a full effort to get back down to my healthy pre-baby weight (she's almost 2 but better late than never).
I have been logging all of my foods and I'm actually surprised how you can eat healthy things and feel like you've been eating tonnes all day!
Bit strapped for cash at the moment so I've just been avoiding the cheap and nasty processed foods and eating a tonne of cheap and healthy fruit and veg, flavoured tin tuna with whole grain biscuits, I even managed steak and chips last night and came in under my calorie limit!! Yeah ok it was like 5 chips haha but still!
So that's a bit about me and what I've discovered. I would like to make some friends to perhaps keep me motivated and to exchange cheap and healthy (preferably kid friendly too) recipes.
