So it is Saturday morning and I wanted to have something tasty for breakfast with my boys and today is my "free day". I also know we are going out tonight and I want to eat dinner out without analyzing every little thing on the menu so I am trying to keep it somewhat light for the rest of the day. Cinnamon Roll waffles as passed on to me by my best friend. You need a waffle iron, a can of Pillsbury Reduced Fat Cinnamon Rolls, and a can of Pam.
Heat up the waffle iron and spray with Pam. One roll per quarter of the iron...close iron and cook like you would a waffle. Each quarter of the iron is a serving. I did not use the icing, found it unnecessary with the maple syrup :-)
Each serving (no icing, no syrup)... Calories 72
