Hey guys... I just started a group called "Fitness Ideas & Support". I'm really looking for people to join the group as a way to exchange information and support for different types of workouts or even just share great specific exercise moves you do. My goal is to expand my exercise routines and learn about what other people do that works. Also, of course to get other people the same information. So, if you are looking to share your workout ideas or get some new ideas please feel free to search it and join! Or, you can always reply to this to. Thanks!

I am interested in this also. I get in a rut and do the same thing over and over again. Right now I cycle quite a few miles, walk, run the treadmill and do the elliptical. My goal would be to do something every day. I did complete a 100 day challenge the first part of the year where I worked out at least 30 minutes a day for 100 days in a row. Actually it went well. I have a gym membership and tons of workout videos. I just need to prioritize my time and my goals. I have found that people will make time to do that which is important to them.

I am interested as well. We all hit ruts. So far I have been fortunate to have avoided that but the summer heat may change that shortly.
  • I do walking lunges. Great overall leg workout and all you need is space. Carry weights if desired.

I do suspension training. It never gets old because of how much you can switch things up. I LOVE IT.

This might sound like a dumb question, but, what is suspension training?
