bingo wings/ fat on the upper under arm??

doesnt seem to be shifting and i do about 80 bench presses 4 times a week

any suggestions, anyone beaten the blasted bingo wings lol ??:smile:

    you cant target fat like that, dont listen to anyone who tells you that you can. You can tone muscles by doing certain weight excercises but the fat will come off when it comes off. You need to do some cardio if you want to get the fat off. Start running every day for a while you'll be amazed at how the fat comes off.
