I keep enough cal for zome popcorn...it fulfills the urge to chew and the "munchies" feeling I get while reading at night.
only 50 cal for 2 cups popped.0 -
I eat between 11:00pm and 1:00am every night. It's usually about 150-200 calories worth, but it's accounted for in my daily calorie limit.

best advice I have been given is to go to sleep or save cals0

Casein. A slow digesting protein (available in many flavors, powdered) that makes a great evening "snack" that holds you through the night.
THIS! or Cottage Cheese0 -
i plan a mini meal. like a pp&j( wheat bread, natural peanut butter, sugar free jelly) and skim milk around an hour before bed. I find having something crunchie helps me through the tough times and for that I eat celery.0

Banana chips and a cup of tea before bed for me. That's a lot better than it used to be!0

It is impossible to properly advise you with a closed diary, but I strongly suspect you aren't eating enough.0
