Hi all I don't think I have ever posted on this site however here I am. I am a late 30's female weigh 114 5 ft 1 inch. My typical day I have a large mug of coffee with sugar, yogurt (lowfat with fruit), apple, banana (or second apple maybe orange) as breakfast and snacks throughout the day. Lunch ranges form tuna fish sandwich on wheat maybe tomato on it, or brown rice with left over meat from dinner night before some type of veggie. Dinner is standard fare nothing outrageously bad for you type stuff. Meat(never fried), veggies, noodles or rice. I also drink about a gallon of water a day. After I get home from work around 6 I run sometimes on treadmill sometimes outside. Haven't hit the 3 mile mark yet. Anyways I am noticing lately around 2 pm my clothes get insanely tight. Pants pinching thighs and digging into waist, bra feels like it is cutting off air supply shirt starts feeling like it's 2 sizes too small. Hands and feet aren't really swelling or anything absurd. When I get dressed in the mornings the clothes are comfortable and not restrictive at all in face most of my pants I c an take off without unzipping and bra straps slide off shoulders.
Any clues? It is starting to become very annoying. At first I thought it was hormonal with ToM headed my way but this is now going on 3 weeks.
