Hey all. Im new to My Fitness Pal and I am sticking with it, people seem to think highly of it! I am going on vacation in August and need (want) to lose 30-40 lbs before I head south!!! I am a mom, a student, and a teacher so I am busy all the time. But I am focused to maintain a healthier diet, portion control is a must, and with weigh ins and marking the foods that I'm eating everyday I am hoping to reach my goal. Would love to have some 'friends' on here who are going through the same thing so we can chat and encourage each other. I know from experience that it's hard to lose when its just you! so add me if you are interested in chatting!
