Newbie snack help!

Hello there!
I've been using MFP for three weeks and its so good!
I love my food but my downfall is snacks!
If anyone has suggestions for low call really filling snacks i'd be very grateful. I get sooooo hungry when i,m at work.
Any tips greatefully received!

    well really filling anything is PROTEIN! :)
    sooo some healthy protein filled snacks that I enjoy include:
    greek yogurt (watch the label for ones lower in sugars...)
    unsalted almonds or other types of nuts
    cottage cheese
    peanut butter (on a banana, on rice cakes, with apple, etc)
    protein shakes or protein bars (again, watch sugars)

    and here's just some other simple snacks:
    obliviously fruits and veggies :P
    popcorn
    special k cracker chips
    skinny cow ice cream
    laughing cow cheese wedges with whole wheat crackers.

    just adding a few off the top of my head
    almonds
    low fat mozz string cheese
    veggies with hummus.
    popcorn

    Frozen cheeries, protein Smoothies with fresh berries, pkg. Cheese and crackers, cinnamon rice cakes, kiwi, crystal lite, baked apples, tea, cottage cheese mixed with cocoa, makes a yummy.pudding.

    plain greek yogurt - a packet of any flavor crystal light - ice --- makes a great low cal smoothie

    My afternoon snack at work is usually a babybel cheese and some almonds.
