Hey all so I have a can of crisco-no stick spray- butter flavor..& on the back of it..it says 0 calories for everything..well i scanned it when i first got it and it gave me seven calories & 1 gram of fat for each one second spray..so i just went with that..well today i decided to scan it again for some reason...& it came up 0 on everything this time like the back of it says..so which one of these is correct? Lol thanks.

All fat has the same amount of calories and only varies with amounts used which means if you used different fats and used the same amount as the 1 second crisco it wouldn't matter....if it's saying 0 then your basically using a tiny amount.....under 5 calories can be classified as 0. It's a selling tool and the hope is people believe that crisco spray fat has 0 calories.0
