Hey, I am Rachael - been around for a few weeks, but struggled to get into it (I fear I set myself unrealistic targets - so I am working on more realistic ones now.) and I am hoping this is second time lucky.
I have never really been any good at keeping up to date with forums, so I don't know if I will pop back in but I am going to try because reading through some posts has really inspired me.
I have also managed to sucesfully keep my food diary updated as well - which is something I always classed myself as 'rubbish at'.
I think to keep my self motivated I am going for the slow and steady approach - keeping to my BMR and doing plenty of varied exercise. I am looking to lose at least 1lb a week, with any more being a bonus.
