Calorie Cycling

Has anyone had in luck doing this?

    Basically just about everyone on MFP calorie cycles since MFP has you eat more on exercise days and less on rest days (through the exercise calorie concept).

    It's fine to take a cyclical approach and it's also fine to take a steady intake approach. As long as your average intake is somewhere near "correct", you should make good progress.
