Hello all!

Hello out there, my name is Anna and I'm here to lose weight. I'm 28, 5'3 and started out at 240lbs. When my Mom was diagnosed with Type II Diabetes it changed my world. Since I still live at home with my parents we all had to change our eating habits. We have almost completely cut out fried foods (once in a while for a special occasion we'll splurge), we've switched to Whole Grains (I've learned to love Brown Rice), and cut back dramatically on our portions (Who knew that you shouldn't eat all 5lbs of chicken from the pack? jk!). I'm not out here to look skinny and get the attention of the guys (I already have a sweet guy who loves me for who I am) I want to be healthy. I don't want to have Diabetes looming over my head, plus I have PCOS and I would like to have Children someday (Sooner rather than later!). I just started doing some Jillian Michaels DVDs (30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones, 6 Week 6 Pack, etc) and really loving it! I just have to make sure I find the time to do them EVERYDAY! But hey I'm down to 216 currently! Will you help support me on this journey? :-)
