Hi, my name is Gary 49 "6.2" 289, I retired from the Navy Mar 2003 currently live in Louisville and have managed to gain 100 pounds by just eating unhealthy and the easy quick way. Job I have has me sitting not moving so that didnt help the weight gain. Recently I got diagnosed with Atril Fibulation and have been on blood pressure medicines for most of my life. I now have had a added med which really plays with what you can eat its called Coumadin a blood thinner to prevent strokes for the Atril Fib Leafy vegatables are out, nuts and oils are a no no.. I have decided as of 3 days ago to take my life back. What has inspired me was the biggest loser show watching Jeremy loose 199 pounds in 7 months. I have already changed my diet and have started walking 30 mins a day, and believe I am on my Journey to get down to the 190 weight I want. With this I am hoping it will get me off this pile of pills I take each and every day and most twice a day. Reading what alot of you have posted about your journeys has also motivated me and I thank you all.
