HELP HELP HELP!!! I could use some advice!

So this is the one place feel confident and comfortable to discuss just about anything? I REALLY NEED SOME ADVICE AND SAGGING SKIN AFTER WEIGHT LOSS!!!

I know I will most likely sag. I am at 313lbs, with about 113lbs to lose and since being fat is my fault I am aware I will have to deal with the consequences... However, I would like to at least try to minimize it as much as I can. Any advice will help.

1. Has anyone lost alot of weight and have less sagging skin then you thought you would?
2. What work outs helped in these areas? Arms, belly, thighs?
3. Are there nutrional foods that will help with skin elasticity?

    Hi! You have come to the right place for help - there are lots of people on here who have lost amazing amounts of weight and will be able to share their secrets.

    The best advice I can offer (based on what I have read, not a professional and not personal experience) is to include exercise in your plan - some cardio and some weights. Start some resistance right from the beginning of your journey and it will help you to achieve the best possible body throughout your weight loss journey. Good Luck!

    Lexy I met someone a did not dag much and was at 370 poounds. She gave me the motivation I needed. I rather lose weight the healthy way and wok out. Use kettle bells usually come with workout posters, strength bands, weights, and the cargio glide which does both cardio and strength training. With that said you will be fine!!!
