None! I do not like scary movies. I seriously still hide my face when I see Freddy Kruger anything. Only ones I enjoy are comedic ones.

I thought the Blair Witch Project when it came out was brilliant and funny.

Halloween was great...also love the original Universal Monster movies (Dracula, Wolfman, Frankenstein, Creature from the Black Lagoon) back from the 30's...throw the original Nosferatu in there too.
The Exorcist, Psycho, The Hills Have Eyes, Friday the 13th, Nightmare on Elm Street...Aliens...there are so many.

"Dead Alive" by the LOTR genius Peter Jackson.

You haven't seen fine cinema until you've watched a priest take out a room of zombies using a lawnmower.

    1. Nightmare on Elm Street
    2. Halloween (original and 2007 rob zombie version)
    3. Wrong Turn
    4. The hills have eyes
    5. Friday the 13th

Freddie will always be my number one guy

The original Nightmare on Elm Street is terrifying. I think I'm still as scared of Freddy now as I was when I was a child lol. But only the first movie, the sequels were kind cheesy.

    Some of my other favorites:
28 Days Later & 28 Weeks Later - some of my favorite zombie movies
The Hills Have Eyes 1 & 2 - genetic mutation + cannibalism = big eyes & nail biting
Halloween (Rob Zombie remakes - he's such a creeper)
Let the Right One In - creepy vampire child (the Swedish version)
Funny Games (2007 remake), The Last House on the Left (2009 remake), The Strangers - home invasion movies freak me out!

If we are doing spoofs...The best ever is

    Cannibal! the Musical

    it is truly shpadoinkle

The only horror films to ever scare me have been the original Japanese versions of The Grudge 1 &2 and The Evil Dead

Halloween(the original) was the scariest movie I have ever seen as an adult. I remember coming home from the movie that night, and having to walk upstairs to my bedroom shared with my sisters. Both were asleep when I came up, so I am groping around in the dark, and then one of them was breathing really heavy. I felt scared all night. It took me a while to stop looking over my shoulder. As a little kid, I remember being scared by the movie The Birds by Alfred Hitchcock. My kids saw that recently and laughed at it! I don't go to scary movies.

I love J-horror (has anyone seen House?) and zombie films. Outside of that, Silent Hill was pretty good, and The Exorcism of Emily Rose.

I can't watch torture porn or any extremely violent movies usually, unless they are super campy. I mostly prefer creepy to horrifying.
