sprinting....Can anyone help?

Does anyone have any info on sprinting?

I do not see it in the database. not sure how to enter it in either. What are the calories burned?

my trainer had me

run for 5 minutes.....then...sprints (which i listed below what i did)

starting point....sprint

30 walking lunges followed by 20 squat jumps and back to start point

2 minute rest

then repeat all 2 more times

then 8 sprints

I am not sure how to enter this. I do know that the sprinting is very good (so I am told) and burns a lot of calories, I just don't know how you know what. Can anyone help?
