How do I post pictures?

I'd like to share my recipes with everyone but I do not know how to post pictures in a message for the board. Can anyone help me with this?

I made a salad for lunch the last two days and I told my husband "it's like a slice of heaven fell onto my plate, so I ate it." Now I want everyone to try it, if they haven't had something like it before!

Close you need need to have a / in the end img tag
