Any of you doing the body by vi shakes? How are you doing in your weight loss?

    Since April 2nd .. I just started adding exercise this week too

    I'm not sure how much they cost, but I've heard it is more cost effective to just use whey protein.

    wow that comes out to about 60 for 30 which is one a day for a month when you can buy a 2lob container of protein shake mix at walmart here in maine for 15 and that lasts a month doing one shake a day too... i do the body fortress chocolate whey protein powder... i make it with skim milk and i find it yummy....
